Shipment Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subjected to product availability. If an item is not in stock or discontinue at the time you place your order, we will notify you accordingly.

2. DELIVERY LOCATION

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses (business or house) in Kiribati. Any shipments outside of Kiribati are not available at this time.

3. DELIVERY TIME

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. 

Estimated delivery times to the outer islands are based on shipping schedules subject to local weather conditions or any other restrictions imposed by local authorities

4. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The vendor will attempt delivery maximum two times as per agreement made with the client (via phone call). For any fail attempt, the order will be returning to our vendors. For any frequent fail delivery attempts caused by the client, the vendors delivery team has the right to refuse the delivery request.

5. SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost within the Islands will be subject to the agreement between the vendor and the client;

Applicable shipping cost to the outer islands would be subject to the rates charged by the shipping companies;

The vendor can claim freight refund through the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development;

6. DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSPORT

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please call the vendor directly
